About Dr. Lé Selah®

Dr. Lé Selah, Ed.D., M.Div. | Founder and Executive Counsel to Leaders

Dr. Lé Selah is the founder and principal of Selah Advisory Services LLC, established in 2013. She holds a research doctorate, a Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University, a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary; she is an ordained elder, and a Bachelor of Science from University of Houston-Downtown. She has over 20 years of leadership experience across Fortune 500 medical device organizations, and executive leadership in startup and growth-stage companies and high-profile organizational environments.


 Dr. Lé Selah began in high-stakes surgical environments in medical device sales at Johnson & Johnson. The operating room became her classroom for leadership under pressure and where there is little room for error. With executive leadership experience in medical device sales and clinical trials research, she understands the true cost of sustaining high-level performance. 


Dr. Lé Selah advises senior leaders, organizations, and select public figures at critical moments where decisions carry weight and clarity is non-negotiable. Her work integrates qualitative and quantitative research, executive strategy, and organizational change with the discernment that comes from serving across multiple industries.
